Overview
All my pet portraits are drawn using Faber-Castell and Caran D’Ache pastel pencil on
Clairefontaine Pastelmat which is a thick paper, specifically designed for pastels. Pastelmat
comes in a variety of colours, which you can specify on request, alternatively I will choose what
I think appropriate for your portrait. Prices do not include frames or mounts but can be included
for an additional cost. I will use Team Valley Picture Framing who are a local, family run business
and offer a range of designs and materials and excellent quality.

Delivery
I can hand deliver the artwork within a 15-mile radius or send tracked and signed for
with Royal Mail. Portraits will be appropriately packaged to prevent damage.

Bookings
Upon booking, I will require a 50% deposit and once the portrait is complete, the
remainder to be paid in full including any additional costs for framing and/or postage. Once
paid, I will email an invoice for your purchase. I will only be able to take on so many bookings at
any one time, and consider you booked in once we have discussed the portrait, and the deposit
is paid.

Timescale
Portraits take dedicated time to complete and to ensure they are not rushed, please
allow one month from booking to be complete. Should I need any time due to mitigating
circumstance, I will inform you as soon as possible. Please feel free to message me at any stage
for updates. I will also post on social media my progress, unless otherwise stated that the
portrait is for a gift. I would not want to ruin a surprise!

Satisfaction
If you are unhappy with the portrait or should it get lost in the post, I will
endeavour to rectify any issues within reasonable boundaries.

Holiday Kitty Cat Care discount
Customers registered with Holiday Kitty Cat Care will receive
20% discount on their portraits (excluding framing and postage costs). To be eligible you need to
have booked previously or made a booking for 2024.
